1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wlnbdt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at wlnbdt.org. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the wlnbdt platform, including but not limited to casino games, cricket betting, live dealer games, crash games, color prediction games, and financial wallet services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching any game, or otherwise accessing any part of wlnbdt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the wlnbdt platform.

To register and maintain an active account on wlnbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wlnbdt does not accept registrations from individuals below the age of 21, regardless of the applicable minimum age in your local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated entity. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on wlnbdt. Operating duplicate accounts is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be accessing wlnbdt from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering or playing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of wlnbdt or any of its software and game providers. Such persons are prohibited from holding player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gaming services.

wlnbdt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or terminate an account at any time if it reasonably believes that any eligibility requirement is not or is no longer being met. In the event of account closure due to eligibility failure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

wlnbdt processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are processed. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad; ৳200 via Rocket or Upay. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically confirmed within 30–60 seconds. Rocket and Upay deposits may take up to 5 minutes during peak periods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. Users must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first in all wagers. Bonus funds become active only when the real-money balance reaches zero.
• The standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet wagering balance and associated bonus funds expire.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, exploiting a technical error to gain unfair bonus credits, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Game Rules, Bets, and Fair Play

All games and betting markets offered on wlnbdt are provided by independent, certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). wlnbdt does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• Sports and cricket betting odds are set by our sportsbook trading team and may change up to the moment a market is suspended for in-play settlement. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time the bet slip is opened.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, wlnbdt's decision on the outcome is final. Bets placed during a technical error may be voided and stakes returned at wlnbdt's sole discretion.
• Cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and other tournaments are subject to specific match rules. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result change by the governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI), bets will be settled according to the official result after any applicable waiting period.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Placing bets in excess of stated limits may result in bet voidance or stake reduction to the allowable maximum without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

wlnbdt takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. As a condition of using our platform, you agree to engage with our responsible gaming framework. • wlnbdt reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where internal monitoring indicates signs of problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the player's consent.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via the Finance / Wallet section. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wlnbdt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wlnbdt or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of wlnbdt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wlnbdt platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content and may be revoked at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlnbdt excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the wlnbdt platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or third-party network issues outside wlnbdt's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you in relation to gaming or betting on the platform, including the results of any wager placed.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error or data feed failure.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, wlnbdt's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

wlnbdt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on wlnbdt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

All personal data and financial transaction data transmitted between your device and wlnbdt servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. wlnbdt does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

wlnbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Prior versions are not archived publicly but may be requested by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law as applicable to online entertainment service agreements. In the event of a dispute between you and wlnbdt that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

wlnbdt's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility determinations, and account status are final once confirmed through our internal review process. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the support escalation process may submit a written complaint to [email protected] for formal review by wlnbdt's senior operations team.
